Section 3(2) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
(2)Subordinates of the Forest Department may make use of Rest House with the written sanction of the (Divisional Forest Officer) but such sanction may be given if no other accommodation is available and if the Rest House is not required by an Officer of Forest Department. Such occupation shall be vacated immediately when required by an Officer of Forest Department.
