(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the designations, qualifications, method of recruitment, pay and allowances, their powers and duties and other terms and conditions of service of all employees of the University shall be such as may from time to time be prescribed.(2)No officer or employee of the University shall be offered nor shall he accept any remuneration for any work in the University save such as may be provided for in the Statutes.
