13. The Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be a whole-time paid officer of the University appointed by the Executive Council for a term not exceeding four (4) years or to appoint for a lesser period initially on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statues.(2)The Registrar shall act as the Secretary of the Executive Council and the Academic Senate. He shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
