Section 13(1) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(1)The Registrar shall be a whole-time paid officer of the University appointed by the Executive Council for a term not exceeding four (4) years or to appoint for a lesser period initially on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statues.
