Section 37 in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
37. District Register of Clinical Establishments.
(1)The concerned District Registration Authority shall maintain in such form and containing such particulars, as may be prescribed, a register to be known as the District Register of Clinical Establishments in respect of all the clinical establishments of that District, except the clinical establishments having one hundred or more beds.(2)The concerned District Registration Authority shall within a period of two years from its establishment, compile, publish and maintain in digital format a register of clinical establishments registered by it and enter the particulars of the certificates so issued in a register to be maintained for such purpose.
