Section 37(1) in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
(1)The concerned District Registration Authority shall maintain in such form and containing such particulars, as may be prescribed, a register to be known as the District Register of Clinical Establishments in respect of all the clinical establishments of that District, except the clinical establishments having one hundred or more beds.
