Section 10(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)Unless specified otherwise in any other law whether public or private, no restriction upon accumulation shall apply with respect to or in, any way limit devises or bequests, whether of capital or income to the University or any department or branch thereof, subject always to the expressed terms of any such devise or $$request.
