Section 16(1) in The Naval And Aircraft Prize Act, 1971
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, no suit, prosecution or other lagel proceedings shall lie against any officer of the Armed Forces of the Union or any other person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
