(1)The balance-sheet shall contain a summary of the property and assets and of the capital and liabilities of the company giving such particulars as will disclose the general nature of those liabilities and assets and how the value of the fixed assets has been arrived at.(2)The balance-sheet shall be in the form marked "F in the Third Schedule or as near thereto as circumstances admit.
