84. Term of officer of the non-official members of the Board.
(1)The term of office of the non-official Members of the Board shall be for five years. However, the Members may hold the office at the pleasure of the State Government.The State Government may, if it thinks fit, remove any Member of the Board before the expiry of his term of office.(2)No person may be Member of the Board exceeding two terms.
