Section 84(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017
(1)The term of office of the non-official Members of the Board shall be for five years. However, the Members may hold the office at the pleasure of the State Government.The State Government may, if it thinks fit, remove any Member of the Board before the expiry of his term of office.
