The Conservators of Forest may sanction rewards to forest subordinates for services rendered towards the capture of elephants not exceeding Rs. 300 for each elephant. The scale of rewards should be fixed as under:| Rs. | |

| From 4'6" to 5'0" height | 150 |
| From 5'1" to 5'6" height | 180 |
| From 57" to 6'0" height | 210 |
| From 6'1" to 6'6" height | 240 |
| From 67" to 7'0" height | 270 |
| Over 7'0" | 300 |
