Section 26(1) in The UTTAR PRADESH POLICE AND FORENSIC SCIENCE UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of; Committee(i)the Vice-Chancellor, the Chairperson of the Committee;(ii)the Director of Research and Development member;(iii)the Directors of the University member;(iv)Finance'Officer member secretary;(v)two members of the Board (one of which shall be nominated by the State Government nominee)- members;(vi)one professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board.
