26. Finance Committee
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of; Committee(i)the Vice-Chancellor, the Chairperson of the Committee;(ii)the Director of Research and Development member;(iii)the Directors of the University member;(iv)Finance'Officer member secretary;(v)two members of the Board (one of which shall be nominated by the State Government nominee)- members;(vi)one professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board.(2)The Finance Officer shall be the Secretary of the Committee.(3)The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (vi) shall be three years
