(5)The Monitoring and Mentoring Committee at the Taluk Legal Services Committee shall consist of, -(i)Chairman of the Taluk Legal Services Committee;(ii)one retired judicial officer [or] [Inserted by Notification F. No. L/61/10/NALSA, dated 28.8.2019 (w.e.f. 9.9.2010).];(iii)one advocate of 10 years standing or more.
