18. Repeal and Savings.
(1)Orders/instructions already issued in this regards are hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken before the commencement of these Rules will be deemed to be done or taken under these Rules as if these Rules were enforced on the day on which such thing was done or such action was taken.
