Section 18 in The Central Advisory Committee For Lighthouses (Procedural) Rules, 1976
18. Procedure at meeting.
(1)A member desiring discussion on any proposal shall give written notice thereof to the Member-Secretary at least fifteen days before the date fixed for the meeting of the Committee.(2)The member presiding at a meeting of the Committee shall regulate the conduct of the meeting.(3)In the case of difference of opinion amongst the members present at a meeting of the Committee the opinion of the majority shall prevail.(4)Each member shall have one vote, and if there shall be an equality of votes on any question to be decided by the Committee, the Chairman or the member presiding shall have a casting vote.
