Section 6(1) in Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2015
(1)When a direction is given by the State Election Commission under section 281 of the Act, the Deputy Commissioner shall make a proposal for delimitation of wards by dividing the municipal area into wards as per provisions of section 10 of the Act and shall also define the limits of each such ward and keep the same open for inspection in his office and in office of the municipality and issue a notice inviting public objection(s) or suggestion(s) from the residents in relation to such proposal in form-1 by affixing a copy of such notice in his office and in the office of the municipality.
