15. Maintenance of register.
(1)Each nurseryman shall maintain a register in the prescribed form containing complete information regarding the plant material sold, name and complete address of the purchaser that may be verified by the inspecting officer.(2)The register shall be maintained by the nurseryman for at least ten years after the date of the conclusion of the transaction.
