Section 15(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Fruit Nurseries Registration and Regulation Act, 2015
(1)Each nurseryman shall maintain a register in the prescribed form containing complete information regarding the plant material sold, name and complete address of the purchaser that may be verified by the inspecting officer.
