Section 22(22) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014
22.2Intra-State Open Access transactions in respect of consumers of load 1 MW and above and all generating stations irrespective of the capacity shall be scheduled by SLDC in accordance with the provisions of the State Grid Code.Provided that Open Access Customer should intimate his day-ahead schedule to the Distribution Licensee also maximum by 10:00 hours of preceding day so as to incorporate the same in the Distribution Licensee's schedule, which the licensee provides to the SLDC.Provided for partial Open Access Consumers of a Distribution Licensee, the consumer shall submit the schedule to the Distribution Licensee and shall not be required to submit it to SLDC.
