7. Meetings of Authority.
(1)The Authority shall meet at such time, at such place and subject to provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such rules of procedure for conduct of meetings and transaction of business, as may be prescribed.(2)At every meeting of the Authority, the Chairperson, if present or in his absence, any one of the members, as the Chairperson may nominate, shall preside.(3)All questions at a meeting shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and in case of equality of votes, the Chairperson or the member presiding, as the case may be, shall have a second or casting vote.(4)The Chief Executive Officer shall maintain records of the meetings of the Authority in such manner, as may be prescribed.
