6. Operation of the Fund.
- [Section 180(1)] - (1) The Fund shall be operated by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer.(2)Every receipt of the Commission shall be credited to the Fund by the next working day positively.(3)Every withdrawal from the Fund shall be made against proper authorization and sanction from such authority, as may be specified by the Chairperson.
