Section 14 in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Act, 2008
14. Power of Council to invite any person having special knowledge or experience in Para-medical subjects.
(1)The Council may invite any person having special knowledge or experience in Para-medical subjects to its meetings. Any person so invited shall have right to take part in the discussion held at the meeting but shall not have the right to vote.(2)The Council may pay to a person invited under sub-section (1) such compensatory allowances as are admissible to a member of the council under the provisions of section 9.
