Section 44(2) in The Jamia Millia Islamia Act, 1988
(2)No person shall be a member of the Association unless-(i)he has paid such subscription and satisfies such conditions as may be prescribed by the Ordinances; and(ii)he is a graduate of the Jamia Millia Islamia or the University.
