Section 7(1) in The Orissa Housing Board Employees' Provident Fund Trust Rules, 1997
(1)The Chief Accounts Officer shall function as the Secretary of the Board of Trustees and he shall deal with all matters pertaining to the administration, management and accounting, etc. of the fund except such matters as may be specifically reserved for disposal and decision of the Board of Trustees.
