Section 29(lxviii) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(lxviii)to receive benefactions, donations and gifts of any kind and to acquire, hold, manage, lease, mortgage and dispose of any property, movable or immovable, including trust and endowment properties, for the purposes or object of the University or its constituent institutions, colleges, centers, and schools etcetera and to invest funds in such manner as the, Governing Board may deem fit;
