Section 12(1) in Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004
(1)The minimum size of a fair price shop should be such that atleast half of quantities of one month's requirement can be stored in it. The monthly requirement of specified commodities for aggregated units and its distribution can done without difficulty.
