Section 28(1) in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015
(1)There shall be a Director of Extension Education who shall be a whole time officer technically trained in Horticulture or allied sciences and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board.
