15. [ Treatment of Existing Transactions [Substituted by Notification No. L-7/25(5)/2003-CERC dated 21.02.2005, w.e.f. 1.4.2005.]
. - Any person granted open access before commencement of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-state Transmission) Regulations, (First Amendment) Regulations, 2005 shall not be disturbed till expiry of the period for which open access has been granted.]
