Section 16(1) in The Najafgarh Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2004
(1)The Committee shall appoint, once in a year, an executive sub-committee consisting of the following five members, namely:-(i)The Chairman of the committee shall act as ex officio Chairman of the executive sub-committee.(ii)Two members, from amongst the agriculturist members of the Committee.(iii)Two members from the traders constituency, one of which shall be from licensed co-operative marketing society.
