Section 21(5) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (General) Rules, 2011
(5)If a train operating under the authority of line side signals only stops at a fixed signal at danger and it does not clear within 60 seconds, the Train Operator shall inform to the Traffic Controller by radio and ask for instructions.
