Section 23(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)The Development Authority shall prepare a budget estimate for a financial year in such form as may be prescribed at least one month before the commencement of such financial year.Explanation. - "Financial year" shall mean the year commencing on the first day of April.
