23. Annual budget estimate of the Development Authority.
(1)The Development Authority shall prepare a budget estimate for a financial year in such form as may be prescribed at least one month before the commencement of such financial year.Explanation. - "Financial year" shall mean the year commencing on the first day of April.(2)All expenditure from the Development Fund shall be made in accordance with the provisions in the budget estimate.Chapter-VI Accounts and Audit
