At the outset, it has been stated at the Bar that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a decision passed by this Court on 01.02.2023 in Writ C No. 3401 of 2023 (Sunil Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P. and Another).
Accordingly, present petition is also disposed of in the same terms.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also undertakes that the petitioner shall abide by final outcome of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 20258 of 2018 (Sri Ram Educational & Charitable Trust Vs. Vice Chairman, Muzaffarnagar Development Authority & Others).
