64. Layout and open space.
- Where in a particular area a number of plans for erection of building are coming up or the Authority feels that a layout plan is necessary for guiding the development of a particular area the Authority may prescribe or insist on a layout plan to be approved by the Authority. In all layout plan a minimum of 5% of land is to be reserved for open space / playground.
