In the meanwhile, respondents No. 5 to 7 are restrained from running stone crusher in land comprised Khata No. 68 min. Khatauni No. 80, Khasra No. 981 measuring 0-60- 49 hectares, situated in Mohal and Mauza Sirat, Tehsil Indora, District Kangra, H.P. Registry is directed to requisition the record of CMP No. 208 of 2022, alongwith the record of the civil suit, titled as Darshan Kumar vs. Ajit Singh and record of Civil Suit No. 25 of 2021, titled as Maan Singh & another vs. Darshan Kumar & another, forthwith so as to reach this Court well before the ::: Downloaded on - 25/05/2022 20:07:07 :::CIS -2- next date of hearing.
