By way of instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.136 of 2021, dated 1.09.2021, under Section 306 read with Section 34 of IPC, registered at police Chowki Awahdevi, police Station, Bhoranj, District Hamirpur, H.P. as well as consequent proceedings pending in the competent Court of law, on the basis of amicable settlement arrived inter se parties.
Though, compromise placed on record suggests that the parties have resolved to settle their dispute amicably inter se them, but this Court with a view to ascertain the correctness and genuineness of the compromise placed on record, deems it fit to summon respondent No.2 for the next date of hearing, so that factum with regard to compromise placed on record, is ascertained.
