Section 11(2) in The Haryana Sports Council Act, 2016
(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the functions referred to in sub-section (1), the District Sports Council shall perform the following functions, namely:-(a)co-ordinate the activities of the Corporation Sports Council, Municipal Sports Council, Town Sports Council and Block Sports Council and other sports organizations in the district;(b)organize sports events, competitions or tournaments within the district; and(c)perform such other functions as the State Sports Council may specify by general or specific order.
