Section 5 in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
5. Seal, emblem and flag of the Commission.
(1)There shall be a separate seal, emblem and distinctive flag, indicating that these are the official seal, emblem and flag of the Commission.(2)The seal of the Commission shall be circular in shape having inscription "HP Electricity Regulatory Commission" in its outer ring and the word "SHIMLA" in the inner ring, as under:-(3)Every order, decision or communication made, notice issued or certified copy granted by the Commission shall be stamped with the seal of the Commission and shall be authenticated by the Secretary or any other officer of the Commission designated for the purpose and duly authorized by the Chairperson in that behalf.(4)The emblem of the Commission shall be circular in the shape having the mountainous background of the Pradesh with a projection of a balance rested on transmission tower and the tower connected to a generating station, with the scales on either side representing the Consumers and the Utility. The Emblem shall have the inscription "HP Electricity Regulatory Commission" in the upper outer ring and "TRUTH TRIUMPHS" in the bottom outer ring, as under:-(5)The flag to be displayed on the mount of the staff car of the Chairperson and of the Members shall be of rectangular shape of 250x150 mm, with the yellow background and the emblem of the Commission in indigo colour on both sides, as under:-
