Section 6(1) in The Bombay Public Trusts (Corporations) Order, 1959.
(1)The right to recover contributions and other dues payable before the appointed day in respect of any public trust, but not recovered, shall belong,-(i)where the whole of the trust property is situate in one State after the appointed day, to the Government of Rajasthan in the case of property situate in the Abu area and to the Corporation having jurisdiction over the area within which such property is situate in other cases;(ii)where the whole of the bust property is situate in more than one State after the appointed day, to the Government of Rajasthan or the Corporation having jurisdiction over the area according as the Public Trusts Registration Office in which the trust was registered is, on that day, situate in the Abu area or in any other area.
