Section 36(1) in The Maharashtra Management of Irrigation Systems by Farmers Rules, 2006
(1)In every financial year, the Managing Committee of a Water Users' Association shall prepare a draft budget in the format specified in the format specified in Annexure-6 in respect of next financial year. The budget shall be placed before the meeting of the General Body to be held by the 15th of March every year.
