Section 1 in The Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Miscellaneous Provisions Regulations, 1976
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Regulation may be called the Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Miscellaneous Provisions Regulation, 1976.(2)It shall come into force at once.
