The Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Miscellaneous Provisions Regulations, 1976Orissa Regulation No. 1 of 1975Published vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary 15.7.76.A Regulation to give retrospective effect to certain amendment to the Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (by Scheduled Tribes) Regulation, 1956Whereas it is expedient to give retrospective effect to certain amendments to the Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Regulation, 1956;Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-paragraph (2) of Paragraph 5 of the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution, the Governor of Orissa is pleased to promulgate the following Regulation made by him in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India :

1. Short title and commencement.

(1)This Regulation may be called the Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Miscellaneous Provisions Regulation, 1976.
(2)It shall come into force at once.

2. Insertion of Section 7-D to have retrospective effect.

- Section 7-D of the Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Regulation, 1956 (Orissa Regulation 2 of 1956) which was inserted therein by the Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Amendment Regulation, 1975 (Orissa Regulation 1 of 1975) shall be deemed to have been so inserted with effect from the 2nd day of October, 1973.
