Section 11(1) in Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Transfer) Rules, 2000
(1)All requests for transfers shall be sent through the concerned Heads of Institutions/ Inspecting Officer in the application form to be prescribed by Commissioner and Director of School Education for the purpose.
