(1)The State Government may remove from office any member, other than the ex-officio members of the Board, on any of the following grounds, namely:-(a)that he is or has become disqualified for such appointment for any of the reasons specified in sub-section (3) of Section 6; or(b)that he has absented himself from more than four consecutive meetings of the Board without obtaining leave of absence; or(c)that he has been guilty of corruption or misconduct in the administration of the endowment.
