Section 4B(1) in The Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947
(1)The Controller may, having regard to the availability of vegetable oil in any region and all other relevant factors, prescribe the maximum or minimum limits of usage of any vegetable oil in the manufacture of vegetable oil product in that region.Explanation. - For the purposes of this clause, "region" means a region specified in the Table appended to this Order.
