6. Maintenance of records, quarterly return by miller.
(1)Every miller shall maintain records of paddy and rice as prescribed in the Schedule-I (A) and the Schedule-I (B) respectively.(2)Every miller shall make necessary entries of the custom milling and the stock information in miller module of Food Department.(3)Every miller shall submit a monthly return to the Collector as per the Schedule-II, giving information of paddy purchased in any other manner, stocks of paddy and rice available with the miller and paddy milled by the miller.
