11. Procedure for payment of fees.
- All fees as specified in Schedule-I under these rules shall be paid through crossed demand draft on any nationalized or scheduled bank in favour of the Chief Controller of Explosives or Controller of Explosives authorized by him or paid On-line as and when notified by the Chief Controller.
