Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Electricity (Reorganisation and Reforms) Transfer Scheme, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Scheme may be called the Tamil Nadu Electricity (Reorganisation and Reforms) Transfer Scheme, 2010.(2)It extends to the whole of the State and also to properties, interests, rights, liabilities, proceedings and personnel of the Board outside the State.(3)It shall come into force on and from the First day of November 2010.
